We need registrations for capacity and catering. Please register if you intend to come.

Purpose of this session is to get our trail leaders and regular contributors together with our primary land manager, Wellington City Council.

Basically the plan is to review what has been done, communicate what we are doing now and what our immediate and future plans are.

An agenda will be posted closer to the time but it will be something like this:

Introductions
2013/2014 Retrospective - What went well, what didn't, what should we stop doing, what should we start doing.
Discussion of basic standards
Immediate plans and needs
Future plans and ideas

All this will build on the work the trail leaders have been doing for the reporting for the 2014 AGM.

There will be a cash bar operating and the club and council will spring for some food.

Registration will be required so we can confirm numbers, look out for this in July.
