Makara Peak South (of the) Park Enduro

The south side of Mākara Peak is an often undiscovered gem; views out over the rugged south coast, longer trails, and more adventure. On the 14th of March we’ll be shining a light on the best trails that you should be riding more. There will be a hard course (for Wellington Enduro Series points), an easier course, and a murder mystery…

Thanks for supporting Makara Peak Supporters!

Proceeds from the event will be donated to Mākara Peak Supporters to support them building and maintaining some of the most loved trails in Wellington, and to continue with their award-winner ecological restoration of the park. And it'll bank you a bunch of karma points!

Able to volunteer on the day?

If you’re able to help with running the event, we would be stoked to have you on the team. We’ll provide a great lunch, you’ll get a very bright vest, and bank a bunch of karma. The volunteer sign-up form is here. If you’ve got any questions about what’s involved, drop us a line at jono@wmtbc.org.nz.
