New Moon Ride - Wed 15th July

We’ve been thinking for a while that we might see if there’s interest in occasional organised club rides. So as a starter, we’re going to start a series of night rides, aligned with Wednesday closest to the new moon.

The third of our new moon rides will be at Matairangi / Mount Victoria on the 15th of July, taking in some of the best trails on the hill until we’ve had enough.

Meet at the Pirie Street playground car park at 6:15pm. You’ll need enough light for 2 hours, and some warm clothing (ideally with a windproof layer).

If you don’t have lights, there are plenty of great LED options around that don’t cost too much. We’ve lined up a great 25% discount of Knog Blinder X1800 and 2300, available at Get Lost Cycling.
