Congratulations to Kiera Vlaar

Congratulations to club member Kiera Vlaar for her 1st place (U17 Women) and 2nd place (Overall Women) at round 1 of the MTBNZ National DH Series. Dunedin’s Signal Hill has some really fun trails, and the primary DH track has a nice mixture of fast open sections, rock, and long off-camber descents.

In my experience it almost always rains on race day. This year didn’t disappoint, with videos from the event showing the off-camber being a great place to spectate.

Congratulations also to Iley Nunns (5th overall women) and Capella Martin (2nd U17 Women and 6th Overall Women).
