Hello from the new committee

At our AGM in August we elected a new committee, including a new President and Secretary. You'll get to meet them all over the coming months, but by way of introduction:

President: David has been on the committee for a number of years and been trail building ands getting involved at events for even longer

Secretary: Reuben is new to the committee but has been a regular at the WES events over the years, and has previously been the billionaire backer of the PowerHaus Enduro Team

Treasurer: Ant (continues in the role, and can be found trail building and tree planting with BTB most of the time

General committee members: Dave Nendick (first aid legend), Jono (continuing with the WMTBC in a new capacity), Craig (BTB stalwart).

We're always interested in fostering involvement with the club members and the community or providing the opportunity to see the inner workings of the committee, if you have a great idea or are interested in getting involved, send us a message to president@wmtbc.org.nz or through any of the usual channels.

It may be that you have a passion for journalism and want to write about mountain biking related topics or the recent goings on in a club newsletter, maybe you want to be involved and gain some experience with providing first aid at events, or you want to organise a regular group ride/social event?

We are always open to fresh ideas and keen to help new people get involved.
